Equestrian Federation.
Hong
Kong will share with the rest of China the joy of hosting the
Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. Hong Kong's role
as a co-host Olympic city and venue for the Olympic equestrian events has meant
increased interest in equestrian activities, so a large turnout is expected for
the Equestrian Spring Carnival 2008 at Happy Valley Recreation Ground on
Saturday, 5 April 2008. Organized by Hong Kong Equestrian Federation, with the
kind assistance of The Hong Kong Jockey Club and Riding for Disabled
Association, and with a subsidy from the Leisure and Cultural Services
Department.

Chung Chor-hung attends Panda inaugurates a new store in the prestigious
Elements mall in kowloon,
Hong Kong.
Prada will inaugurate a new shop in the prestigious
Elements mall in Kowloon, Hong
Kong.
The store, designed by architect Roberto Baciocchi,
covers a total sales area of 450 square meters. In addition to its main front
entrance, its also has a shop window on the second level, overlooking the
exclusive Civic Square,
a busy plaza and trendy meeting place.
With this new opening, Prada now has 8 stores in
Hong Kong and a total of 24 in
China,
where the Group is expanding its retail network.

Pass-it-On 2007 Award Presentation Ceremony |

The annual charity
fundraising campaign of Hong Kong Red Cross – Pass-it-On 2007 – was successfully
completed since its launching in December 2007. With the support form different
organization, celebrites, volunteers and the general public, the campaign has
achieved a new record high this year.
Hong Kong Pop icon Mr.Alex
Fong and Ms. Kary Ng showed their support by participation in the drama and
puppet drama show to recognize effort of volunteers.
In his speech at the
Ceremony, The Hon Sir TL Yang, GBM, JP, Chairman of Hong Kong Red Cross
revealed that Pass-it-On was first incepted in 2003.To celebrate its 5th anniversary,
the Pass-it-On Charity Sales Competition was developed with different
categories including housing estates, schools and outreach volunteer groups. He
was glad to announce that the Campaign has raised over HK$1.8 million this year
which is a record high since its inception 5 years ago.
