Hong Kong, 30 June 2007 – Five of the FC Bayern Munchen’s top football stars took time out from their preparations for the weekends Hong Kong Reunification Cup to line up in support of the grand opening of the new adidas store at Times Square today.

Among the special guests attending today’s opening were goalkeeper Michael Rensing, defender Philipp Lahm and midfielders Mark van Bommel, Andreas Ottl and Jose Ernesto Sosa. Also attending today’s launch were the local celebrity Niki Chow; Mr Adrain Siu, Commercial Director of Adidas Hong Kong Limited and Ms May Yeung, General Manager, Retail of Swire Properties Limited

The players were treated to an authentic Hong Kong cultural experience at today's store launch, participation in the ribbon cutting ceremony and traditional Lion Dance.
