(Singapore) 13 February, 2014 – Dreams of confectionary lovers will come to life this June, when the world’s first-ever experiential confectionery extravaganza, Fantasìa by Escribà is set to transform the Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre into a sweeter-than-life fantasy world made almost entirely of chocolate, sugar and pastries.

Conceptualised in Barcelona and set to make its worldwide debut in Singapore, Fantasìa by Escribà combines the spectacle of live theatrical production with awe-inspiring works rendered in an array of mouth-watering confections. With well over 30 confection masterpieces of varying shapes and sizes spread across 8,000m2 of exhibition space (equivalent to 2 soccer pitche end-to-end), Fantasìa by Escribà aims to create a spectacular wonderland for visitors to explore.

Divided into eight pavilions, each with a specific theme, visitors are invited to not just view the showcases, but also interact with actors, watch performances, and even take part in chocolate, sugar fondant, caramel and pastry master classes.
