港隊只有連翊希、陳祉澄及吳婉琳出戰淘汰賽，技術水平不及對手，全部首圈出局，而其他則止步小組賽, 翌日團體賽，由佘繕妡、連翊希、陳渭泠及朱嘉望組成的港隊勝烏茲別克 36 : 35, 進入16強，面對冠軍坐鎮的法國，惜敗28 : 31, 完成賽事。

|
Poland faced Italy in the final match of women’s team epee, winning with a 35-31 score. In the semifinal round, Italy won against the USA, 44-36, while Poland defeated Hungary, 42-38. The bronze medal went to the USA over Hungary, 45-30.
Final rankings in women’s individual epee included Alexandra Louis Marie (FRA, gold), Sera Song (KOR, silver), Vlada Kharkova (UKR, bronze), Nuo Xu (CHN, bronze), Sara Maria Kowalczyk (ITA), Marie-Florence Candassamy (FRA), Roberta Marzani (ITA) and Gaia Caforio (ITA).

Hong Kong, China’s Chun Yin Ryan Choi won gold medals at the 2025 Shanghai, China Foil Grand Prix. The event took place at the Songjiang Gymnasium (preliminary rounds) and Guangfulin Relics Park (finals), with 162 women and 212 men participating in the competition.
Choi faced Italy’s world champion Tommaso Marini in the final bout of individual men’s foil, winning with a 15-12 score. In the semifinal round, Marini won against Hong Kong, China’s two-time Olympic champion Ka Long Cheung, 15-13, while Choi defeated Italy’s Giulio Lombardi, 15-9. Of note, in the round of 64, Germany’s Alexander Kahl beat Italy’s world champion Alessio Foconi, 15-12.
