The
Deputy Director (Culture) of Leisure and Cultural Services, Mr Chung Ling-hoi
(R2), and Ms Lo Kai-yin (L2) officiate on the opening ceremony.
Jewellery
for Life is the last exhibition of the Hong Kong Design Series organized by the
Hong Kong Heritage Museum.
Ms Lo Kai-Yin, international renowned jewellery designer, was invited as the
guest curator for the exhibition, which explores jewellery form three
perspectives:
1) Meaning and History
2)
History and Development of H.K jewellery
industry
3)
Jewellery Brands and Trends.
The exhibition
will run at the Heritage
Museum from May 17 to
Febrauar 16 2009.

|
在微弱風勢下，「2008 年春季帆船賽」在維港繼續第二天賽事，共進行了兩場賽事。賽事裁判 Russ Parker 選擇以紅磡作起點並縮短第二場賽事航道，第一組出發之巡航艇組於上午 11時 40 分在九節西南風勢及比預期較佳的視野下展開比賽。因風勢減弱，飛快十五(FlyingFifteen) 及黑斑羚羊 (Impala) 兩級別艇種只能在五節風勢下起步。
「2008 年春季帆船賽」是香港遊艇會 2007 至 2008 帆船比賽季度最後一役，今年有八十艘不同型號帆船在昨天及今天出戰共十組賽事。新一季之帆船賽將在本年九月開始 。
