渣打馬拉松2012營養師與一眾嘉賓及運動員現場炮製smoothies健康飲品 |

營養師潘仕寶、藝人陳茵媺與兩位精英運動員陳敬然及蔡曉慧在渣打馬拉松Smoothies活動上為現場傳媒及嘉賓炮製一系列健康飲品，提醒渣打馬拉松2012的跑手飲食習慣與營養健康的重要性。
是次活動主要講解健康均衡飲食計劃如何能有助提升跑手表現。註冊營養師潘仕寶又是渣打馬拉松2012十公里參賽者在活動上除了分享均衡飲食的重要性外，並即席推介一系列的smoothies健康飲品。
潘仕寶給跑手的意見是：「在訓練過程中，跑手需要保持均衡的飲食習慣，包括攝取足夠的碳水化合物以補充身體的能量；適量的蛋白質有助提高肌肉的強度；少量的脂肪以保持身體最理想的脂肪比例，與及足夠的飲料為身體補充水份。總之，營養越充足，成績越超卓！」
註冊營養師潘仕寶、三屆奧運游泳代表蔡曉慧、藝人陳茵媺與及2010年亞運會滑浪風帆金牌得主陳敬然現場炮製一系列smoothies健康飲品，與渣打馬拉松2012的跑手分享均衡飲食及營養健康的重要性。
