The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Henry Tang, delivered a speech today (July 2) in Shanghai at the foundation completion ceremony of the Hong Kong Pavilion for Expo 2010.

Mr Tang, together with the fulltime Deputy Director of the Shanghai Expo Bureau, Ms Zhong Yanqun, add the final shovel-load of concrete to the foundations of the Hong Kong Pavilion at Expo 2010.
