The co-located China Sourcing Fairs: Organized by Global Sources (NASDAQ: GSOL) (http://www.globalsources.com), the combined Fairs feature over 960 booths. The majority of exhibitors are from mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, but the show will also feature booths from Vietnam, South Korea, Japan, Indonesia, the Philippines, Italy, the Netherlands, Israel and Australia. China Sourcing Fair: Fashion Accessories will feature a pavilion dedicated to suppliers from India.
Global Sources' Executive Director, Sarah Benecke, said: "This year's China Sourcing Fairs are our most international yet. In response to buyers' demands we have added new pavilions to both shows and we have created a comprehensive seminar program to equip buyers with information they need for a successful 2009."
The Fairs regularly attract over 13,000 buyers from over 100 countries and regions. International volume buyers including Auchan, Decathlon, Dollar General and Otto International are scheduled to attend the shows' onsite Private Buyer Meetings, where pre-selected exhibitors meet face-to-face with some of the world's top buyers.
