MasterCard Luxury Week Hong Kong 2008 played host to thousands of the city’s fashion-istas, celebrities and socialites last week, who experienced no less than 14 runway shows featuring 14 luxury brands at the Four Seasons Hotel (August 26-30, 2008).
Produced by the world’s leading fashion event specialists IMG Fashion, the extravagant five-day fashion fiesta, saw guests of MasterCard, sponsors and participating designers enjoy a luxurious feast of the senses – from complimentary makeovers to fabulous goody bags.
Guests and celebrities rubbed shoulders at the VIP cocktail receptions that were followed by full-scale runway shows by Jean-Paul Gaultier, Dorian Ho, Escada, Diane von Furstenberg, La Perla, Paul & Shark, BCBGMAXAZRIA, Marc by Marc Jacobs and Marc Jacobs, SPORTMAX, Donna Karan, Oscar de la Renta, Kenzo, Vera Wang and The Best of MasterCard Luxury Week Hong Kong.
MasterCard Luxury Week Hong Kong is an annual event presented by MasterCard and produced by IMG Fashion. Preparations will begin shortly for MasterCard Luxury Week 2009 which will be held in early September next year.
